Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of journeyman-level electrical experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction and electrical plans.
• Strong understanding of wire and conduit sizing, single and three-phase systems, and complex electrical layouts.
• Experience with layout planning, material takeoffs, and team coordination.
• Reliable, punctual, and drug-free with a clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Interpret architectural drawings and electrical single-line diagrams.
• Lead and manage electrical field crews through all phases of work.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, CEC, and local building codes.
• Mentor apprentices and junior electricians.
• Support site safety and organization per company policy.
