You will interpret wiring diagrams, coordinate material needs, ensure compliance with electrical codes, and mentor apprentices. A fast-paced environment and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in electrical installation and wiring.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians.
• Plan and layout wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
• Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues.
• Train and mentor electrical apprentices in safety protocols and job skills.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are available for projects.
• Monitor the work of electricians to ensure quality of work meets standards.
