Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and code requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Proven problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead small teams and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in compliance with codes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential and/or commercial environments.
• Lead and support service crew members on job sites.
• Communicate scope, timelines, and solutions to customers.
• Perform service calls including emergency response promptly.
• Inspect work for safety and company standards.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
