Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Electrician license valid in Columbia/Boone County.
• 8+ years of electrical experience in residential and commercial environments.
• 3+ years building project estimates from site walk to final bid submission.
• 2+ years of crew leadership or supervising field operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site walks to gather job requirements and build comprehensive bids.
• Lead, schedule, and mentor field technicians on residential and large commercial projects.
• Price a diverse mix of projects including panel upgrades, EV chargers, tenant finishes, and LED retrofits.
• Oversee on-site safety, Code compliance, and coordinate permits and inspections.
• Manage commercial account relationships with general contractors and property managers.
