Compensation
- Competitive pay ranging from $32.03 - $47.53 per hour based on experience
Day-to-Day Role
- Follow and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements
- Ensure products and processes comply with laws, regulations, and quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Lead electrical and electronic projects across departments
- Audit the floor, monitor metrics, verify procedures, correct deficiencies, and escalate issues
- Coordinate with supervisors on schedules and resource availability
- Communicate with shifts about issues and improvements
- Notify supervisors of problems and suggest solutions
- Perform SAP processes and maintain documentation
- Create and deliver reports
- Support operational needs and participate in lean initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions
- Suggest work procedure improvements
- Perform advanced troubleshooting
- Maintain, install, and repair electrical and electronic systems
- Analyze control systems, perform electrical calculations, and troubleshoot software/hardware issues
- Design analog/digital circuits, utilize PLCs, and interpret schematics
- Manage maintenance systems and update electrical drawings
- Plan wiring layouts and install electrical components
Core Skills And Qualifications
- At least 7 years of electrical/electronics experience in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to train others on technology and procedures
- Experience with plant software, preferably SAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of electrical laws and NEC standards
- Knowledge of industrial controls, instrumentation, and microprocessors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor degree
- Training experience
- Previous lead role experience
