We're searching for a Master Electrician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. This isn't just another job—it's a chance to be the cornerstone of our U.S. operations. Location: Remote, must be able to visit sites across the Bay Area

Responsibilities

• Regulation: Assist with the process for obtaining our C-10 Electrical Contractor License
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Lead Installations: Execute and oversee the installation of residential rooftop solar systems and other green energy solutions.
• Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a growing team of electricians and installers.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Innovate: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

• Licenses
• California Department of Industrial Relations: Residential Electrician cert.
• Driving: valid California driving license
• Solar: NABCEP Certification
• Experience: 3 years in solar or renewable energy projects and at least 4 years of journey-level experience in electrical work within the last 10 years.
• Leadership: Proven experience in building and managing teams.
• Startup Mentality: Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, work in various environmental conditions
