Job summary

Bopat Electric, part of the BCES Global Group, is seeking a Senior Electrical Testing Technician III to lead acceptance testing, maintenance testing, commissioning, and reliability projects across healthcare, government, industrial, commercial, data center, and mission-critical facilities.

You will lead field crews on low-, medium-, and high-voltage systems, evaluate test results, prepare technical reports, and mentor junior technicians while upholding the highest safety standards.

Qualifications

• NETA Level III or NICET Level III with power testing experience.
• 5+ years in electrical testing, commissioning, or power systems fieldwork.
• Ability to read one-line diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Strong safety knowledge including NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform and lead acceptance, maintenance testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Lead field crews on low-, medium-, and high-voltage systems where qualified.
• Test switchgear, transformers, breakers, relays, and related equipment.
• Prepare reports, deficiency logs, and customer deliverables.
• Mentor junior technicians and coordinate with customers and project teams.
