Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical testing, engineering, or laboratory experience.
• Experience with electrical test equipment including oscilloscopes and meters.
• Experience with LabVIEW and automated data acquisition systems preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, product development, or quality initiatives is a plus.
• Knowledge of SPC, DOE, and capability studies is beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily testing operations within the electrical laboratory.
• Lead, mentor, and support laboratory personnel.
• Develop, improve, and validate testing procedures, specifications, and equipment.
• Perform electrical testing and verify compliance with engineering and customer requirements.
• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
• Support and maintain automated testing and data acquisition systems.
• Troubleshoot product, equipment, and testing issues.
• Coordinate calibration, maintenance, and repair of laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Train personnel on testing methods, equipment operation, and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product testing and laboratory efficiency.
