Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years hands-on engineering or lab experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, development, and daily operation of the Electrical Lab.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a skilled electrical testing team.
• Develop and refine test methods, specifications, and equipment.
• Oversee electrical testing to ensure compliance with functional specs and customer requirements.
• Analyze test data and prepare reports for Engineering, Quality, R&D, and Production.
• Support automated data acquisition systems for electrical and dimensional testing.
• Troubleshoot problem parts and recommend product disposition.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, Quality, and Environmental standards.
