The Boring Company in Nashville, TN is seeking a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to lead commercial and industrial electrical installations, facility buildouts, maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades. The role will supervise electrical crews, coordinate contractors, manage project materials and schedules, and work directly in the field to execute projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (minimum).
• Minimum of 5 years' journeyman electrician experience.
• Experience with high/low voltage and knowledge of electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule electrical crews and projects.
• Perform hands-on commercial and industrial electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Plan and execute infrastructure improvements such as electrical upgrades or expansions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical problems.
• Specify materials and create a bill of materials; gather quotes as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on systems, tools, and equipment.
• Support the IT team by running conduit, fiber, etc.
• Complete as-builts after work is completed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable electrical codes and standards.
• Coordinate and serve as the primary point of contact for outside electrical contractors.
