Job summary

ICS Holding is seeking a qualified Electrical Foreman to lead a team of electricians and technicians in Huntsville. You will coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely, safe, and compliant electrical installations across projects.

You will supervise execution, enforce safety standards, perform quality checks, and guide technicians in troubleshooting and repairs while maintaining thorough documentation and client communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical systems preferred.
• Certification as an electrician or electrical technician recognized by a relevant authority.
• 2+ years of experience in field construction management or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to align electrical work with the project schedule.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with codes and specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and promote a safe work environment on site.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to verify installation accuracy and adherence to design intent.
• Manage resources including manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track.
• Provide technical guidance on installations, troubleshooting, and repairs to the team.
• Maintain records of progress, materials, labor hours, and project communications.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to report progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Pursue continuous learning through training and industry updates to improve technical and leadership skills.
• Perform other duties as required by leadership.
