Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training in electrical systems is preferred).
• Relevant certification as an electrician or electrical technician.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
• 2+ years of experience in field construction management

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of electricians and electrical technicians, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is performed efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to coordinate electrical work activities with the overall project schedule.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and equipment.
• Enforce and promote adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify accuracy and quality of electrical installations.
• Coordinate and manage resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members regarding electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and labor hours.
• Interface with clients, project managers, and stakeholders regarding project progress.
• Stay updated with advancements in electrical technologies, codes, and industry best practices.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by leadership.
