Job summary

ICS Holding is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a team of electricians and technicians on construction projects in Denver, CO. You will supervise installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring code compliance and on-schedule delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, ensuring safety, managing resources, and reporting progress to leadership while mentoring staff and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training in electrical systems is preferred).
• Electrical certification as an electrician or electrical technician is required.
• 2+ years of experience in field construction management and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electricians and electrical technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring efficiency.
• Coordinate electrical work with project managers, contractors, and other trades to meet project schedules.
• Oversee installations, maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems ensuring compliance with codes and specs.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform inspections and quality checks to verify installations meet design intent and specifications.
• Coordinate resources including manpower, equipment, and materials for efficient project execution.
• Provide technical guidance on installations, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Document progress, material usage, and labor hours; report project status to management.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address progress, requirements, and issues.
