Job summary

ICON Electric in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to lead field operations on large commercial, industrial, and mission critical electrical projects.

Working alongside the Project Superintendent, you will coordinate crews, review drawings and BIM models, maintain schedules, enforce safety standards, and mentor electricians and apprentices to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Experience as Lead Electrician, Foreman, or Assistant Superintendent.
• Familiarity with NEC, OSHA regulations, and electrical construction best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent in leading daily field operations.
• Coordinate electricians, apprentices, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review drawings, specs, BIM models, and installation requirements.
• Promote safety-first culture and OSHA compliance.
• Mentor field personnel and help plan daily activities.
