ICON Electric in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead field operations on large commercial, industrial, and mission critical electrical projects. You will coordinate electricians, apprentices, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedules, safety, and quality while reporting to the Project Superintendent.
This role requires 7+ years in electrical construction, strong NEC/OSHA knowledge, and proven leadership.

The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent in managing daily field operations from mobilization through project completion. This individual helps coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors, equipment, safety, quality, and production while serving as a trusted resource for field personnel and project leadership.
This role requires someone who leads by example, communicates effectively, remains organized under pressure, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when the job demands it. Success comes from balancing day-to-day execution with proactive planning to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.
