Summit Construction Advisors, a leading electrical contractor, seeks an Electrical Senior Superintendent to oversee field operations on large commercial projects in Dallas.

The role requires hands-on field leadership, building high-performing teams, and partnering with Project Management to deliver projects on time and within budget. 10+ years of electrical project experience, OSHA familiarity, and proficiency with MS Office and CM software are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience with field leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading large commercial or industrial electrical construction projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on large commercial electrical projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Direct and mentor Superintendents, Foremen, and field personnel to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor budgets and progress.
• Review drawings and specs to resolve field challenges.
• Manage logistics, sequencing, and trade coordination.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and field documentation.
