Job summary

Wohlsen Construction is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction activities in Lancaster, PA. This role provides field leadership, oversees subcontractors, reviews drawings, and ensures installation compliance with contract documents, schedule, codes, and standards.

You will coordinate with project teams, design professionals, and clients to deliver safe, quality electrical work, develop look-ahead schedules, manage punch lists, and support RFIs and closeout

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressively responsible electrical construction experience.
• Experience in field leadership roles such as Electrical Superintendent or Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction methods, materials, and installation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide field supervision and leadership for electrical construction activities.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, vendors, and other trades.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Monitor installations for quality, schedule, and code compliance.
• Coordinate electrical work with mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and other systems.
• Develop and monitor look-ahead schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
