Job summary

Actalent seeks a Lead Electrical Superintendent for data center projects, overseeing electrical construction and commissioning across multiple U.S. sites with frequent travel.

You will manage power distribution systems, switchgear, UPS, and related electrical work, ensuring scheduling, safety, and coordination with MEP teams. The role requires strong computer skills for documenting progress, keeping logs, and coordinating with the Project Manager and Scheduler.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical construction on large commercial/data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate schedules and look-ahead plans with project team.
• Review and load drawings/documentation into Procore.
• Lead site safety training and toolbox talks.
• Manage inspections, QA/QC, and turnover to operations.
• Direct electrical teams and coordinate with MEP subs.
• Ensure adherence to codes and safety standards.
