The ideal candidate holds an Electrical Engineering degree, has 5+ years in electrical construction, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills to keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• University or Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical construction.
• Proven experience in electrical erection for large-scale energy projects, preferably thermal power plants.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the subcontract erection works are performed according to the studies.
• Supervise electrical subcontracting works.
• Confirms that the quantities are erected according to the erection manuals.
• Ensures that the works performed as per the time schedule.
• Certifies the quantity of the installed equipment by the end of each month.
• Participates in site meetings with the subcontractor.
• Communicates any issue to the engineering department and provides solution to the subcontractor.

We are currently looking for a Lead Electrical Site Engineer at to be a fundamental part of Metlen's construction team for the Adamow CCGT Power Plant, based in Turek, Poland.

Your role will encompass:

• Ensures that the subcontract erection works are performed according to the studies
• Supervise electrical subcontracting works
• Confirms that the quantities are erected according to the erection manuals
• Ensures that the works performed as per the time schedule
• Certifies thequantity of the installed equipment by the end of each month
• Participates in site meetings with the subcontractor
