A leading aerospace technology business is seeking an experienced Lead Electrical & RF Engineer to drive the development of safety-critical airborne avionics from concept through certification. The role leads electrical and RF hardware design, architecture and integration, owning requirements, verification and certification evidence.

Responsibilities include overseeing multidisciplinary teams and external design partners, and driving RF performance, SWaP-C optimization, and engineering

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in aerospace, avionics, or safety-critical electronics.
• 5+ years of technical leadership on complex hardware programs.
• Strong RF, analog, digital, mixed-signal and power electronics expertise.
• Experience with DO-160, hardware requirements, and certification.
• Experience managing external engineering partners.
