Job summary

Modular Mission Critical, the production campus of M.C. Dean in Virginia, seeks an Electrical QC Supervisor to lead quality control on assigned projects.

You will supervise QC Inspectors, implement the 3-Phase Quality Control process, and coordinate with Project Management, General Contractors, and Owners to ensure contract compliance. Establish and maintain project-specific quality plans, oversee field inspections, document findings, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years electrical construction experience on comparable contracts
• Extensive knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control System on military bases
• Journeyman electrician license preferred; apprenticeship program graduate preferred
• Must pass basic background check

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all project quality control activities to ensure compliance with contract documents and company standards
• Supervise, assign, and prioritize work for Quality Control Inspectors; monitor performance and provide coaching
• Direct implementation of the 3-Phase Quality Control process across all Definable Features of Work
• Review design and construction documents for constructability, quality risks, and contract compliance; elevate issues as needed
• Establish and maintain project-specific quality plans, inspection procedures, and installation checklists
• Oversee field inspections and verification activities; ensure deficiencies are identified, documented, and corrected
• Lead resolution and closeout of quality and commissioning punch-list items
• Serve as primary quality interface with Project Management, Construction, Commissioning, GC, Owner, and third-party inspectors
