Job summary

PSG GROUP LLC in the United States is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects within the construction industry, overseeing planning, design, and execution of complex electrical systems on large-scale sites.

You will drive project success through meticulous planning, effective communication, and technical expertise, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to NEC standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical engineering within the construction industry.
• Hands-on construction site experience managing electrical installations.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, HeavyBid or similar scheduling/estimating tools.
• Strong NEC knowledge and blueprint reading.
• Licensed Electrical or construction management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical system design, including schematic development and NEC compliance.
• Observe subcontractors' electrical operations for cost, progress, quality.
• Develop estimates and coordinate with client, GC, and subs.
• Prepare schedules using Primavera P6 and manage site activities.
• Review contracts and specs to mitigate risks and clarify scope.
• Utilize ProCore and Bluebeam for document management.
• Maintain project documentation and site safety standards.
