The Lead Testing Technician acts as the technical authority, supervising field work, ensuring standards compliance, and delivering expert guidance. NETA not required; term emphasizes leadership and hands-on field excellence.

Qualifications

• Advanced senior electrical testing professional with leadership capabilities and field experience equivalent to extensive hands-on practice.
• Experience leading complex testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance on power systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and power system evaluations on multiple crews and sites.
• Serve as technical authority on assigned projects and provide mentorship to testing personnel.
