Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant professional engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience with electrical design and engineering of complex power systems or equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and engineering judgment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, validation, and market launch of power generation and power conversion products.
• Own key technical decisions from concept through production release.
• Define electrical functional requirements and architect power circuits, electrical distribution systems, and protection schemes.
• Design and integrate complex electrical components and subsystems with a focus on cost, reliability, safety, and manufacturability.
• Perform and review electrical system studies, including load-flow and short-circuit analyses and protection coordination.
• Develop grounding, bonding, thermal-management, and electrical integration strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship across engineering teams and collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and product management.
