Shape Products in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team responsible for maintaining electrical systems and production machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation on the second shift.

You will perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical issues, document activities, and collaborate with other teams to improve reliability while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and wiring.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
