Job summary

Shape Products is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve electrical systems and production machinery. You will ensure safe, efficient operation for the second shift and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintaining detailed records while collaborating with team members to boost equipment reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and wiring.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using diagnostic tools and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical maintenance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Second shift M-TH.
