Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking a Journeyman electrician to join our electrical construction team. The role involves performing complex electrical tasks, interpreting drawings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring codes and regulations are followed.

You will supervise apprentices and train junior workers to develop competency in the trade. The ideal candidate has completed an apprenticeship, holds a Journeyman license, and has substantial field experience in electrical construction.

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program in the electrical trade.
• Journeyman certification or relevant trade license.
• Extensive experience in the electrical trade and practical work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Execute skilled electrical tasks in line with project specifications and standards.
• Read and interpret drawings, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote safety among team members and apprentices.
• Independently perform tasks, supervise and train apprentices, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Identify, diagnose, and repair electrical faults and issues.
• Ensure compliance with codes and update practices as regulations change.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor apprentices, sharing expertise.
