Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years electrical construction or inspection experience preferred.
• IAEI, NFPA or ICC Electrical Inspector Certification, or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Perform municipal code, zoning, building and electrical inspections for residential and commercial properties.
• Inspect structures for changes in use, occupancy and compliance with city codes and ordinances.
• Inspect electrical systems from service to final installations and other building elements.
