Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience can substitute.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical construction experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
• Valid driver's license and insured personal transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise field employees assigned to electrical construction or service projects.
• Coordinate with other trades to meet specifications, regulations, and policies while ensuring safe and efficient project completion.
• Lead and evaluate craft performance and supervise electrical crews.
• Adhere to building codes and safety standards; manage time and resources effectively.
• Support customer satisfaction and maintain safety-focused work practices.
