Job summary

Centerline is seeking an Electrical Foreman to supervise field crews responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across telecom, commercial, utility, and infrastructure projects. You will lead hands-on, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure work aligns with safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of AC/DC power, conduit installation, and grounding, plus the ability to read blueprints and project specs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of electrical construction or telecommunications experience.
• Experience leading crews or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC power systems, conduit, grounding, and distribution.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and electrical drawings.
• NEC and safety regulations knowledge; travel to sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews in installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Plan daily work activities and ensure on-schedule, quality work.
• Install AC/DC power systems at telecommunications, utility, and commercial facilities.
• Coordinate conduit, cable tray, grounding, and distribution equipment.
• Supervise wire pulling and termination of circuits and cables.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of backup power systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and project specs.
• Troubleshoot systems, identify defects, and direct corrective actions.
• Ensure OSHA/NEC compliance and enforce safety policies.
• Conduct safety meetings and manage material/equipment needs with project management.
• Maintain records of progress, inspections, and field documentation.
• Train and develop electricians, apprentices, and field techs.
