Job summary

Loenbro is seeking an experienced Foreman in Nebraska to oversee field electrical teams on data center and mission-critical projects. The role emphasizes safety, scheduling, and on-site leadership to ensure timely, high-quality electrical installations.

The position requires extensive industrial electrical experience, NCCER/NFPA/OSHA certifications preferred, and readiness to travel to project sites while maintaining compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the electrical trade
• Industrial electrical experience
• Develop construction schedules and monitor progress
• Lead installation and troubleshooting with the team
• Coordinate manpower and material orders
• Maintain compliance with safety standards (OSHA, NFPA)

Responsibilities

• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and supervise safety.
• Document actions, results, observations, and final diagnoses for each job.
• Determine steps to assess electrical situations using plans and testing devices.
• Maintain a safe work environment according to company policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts to work on electrical systems in commercial properties.
• Maintain equipment to ensure it operates safely and keep work areas clean.
• Bend conduit (1/2" to 4") and use required tools for each task.
