Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking Apprentice Electricians to join a mission critical data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA. Apprentices will assist journeymen with installations, wiring terminations, and safety-compliant work while pursuing licensure.

Positions offer growth through IEC-aligned training, with daily per diem and retention bonuses. Expect a 5/10s + 1/8 schedule, and a year+ project horizon with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active electrical license (IOWA or reciprocal)
• OSHA 10 required (or ability to obtain)
• Data center electrical experience a plus
• Willingness to learn and follow safety rules
• Valid driver's license or ID

Responsibilities

• Assist journeymen and foremen with installation of conduit systems and electrical equipment
• Support data center work in electrical rooms and data halls
• Follow OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E and company safety policies
• Participate in apprenticeship training and develop tool knowledge
• Progress toward journeyman licensure per program standards
