TEC Electric LLC in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical construction projects in the Greensboro area. You will supervise field crews, coordinate daily operations, maintain schedules, and ensure work meets NEC codes and project specs.

Applicants should have 5+ years of commercial electrical experience, prior leadership as Foreman or Lead Electrician, strong reading of blueprints, and excellent communication and safety focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Experience leading crews as Foreman, Lead Electrician, or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Manage manpower and productivity.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise commercial electrical crews on active construction projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily field operations to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems.
• Interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and manpower needs with project management.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements and project specifications.
• Perform quality control inspections and verify workmanship standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and electricians.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
