Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.

• Experience with engineered-to-order or custom manufacturing projects.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and scheduling tools (MS Project or Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from requirements through engineering, manufacturing, testing, shipment, and closeout.
• Serve as primary customer contact and coordinate internal teams.
• Build and maintain project schedules and delivery timelines.
• Align schedules with material availability and long-lead items.
• Lead kickoff meetings and track actions to completion.
• Manage FATs, testing, and shipment readiness.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Provide status reports and on-time delivery metrics.
• Manage multiple complex projects with strong communication.
