Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing/electrical equipment.
• Experience managing engineered-to-order (ETO) or custom manufacturing projects.
• Strong scheduling, order management, and long-lead material planning.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from kickoff through delivery, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, procurement, testing, and shipping.
• Serve as primary customer contact and track milestones and action items.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
• Support FAT, documentation, and shipment readiness; identify and mitigate risks.
