Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead municipal water and wastewater projects in North Texas. You will design electrical and automation systems, mentor junior engineers, and drive the full project lifecycle in a collaborative team of electrical professionals.

The role requires a Texas PE or the ability to obtain/transfer within six months, 10+ years in electrical engineering (5+ with municipal water/wastewater), and valid TX driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Licensed Electrical or Control Systems PE in Texas or ability to obtain/transfer within 6 months.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering including 5 years with municipal water and wastewater systems.
• Experience with medium voltage distribution is a plus.
• Valid TX driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Independently define and develop approaches for electrical design projects.
• Lead projects related to municipal water and wastewater systems and coordinate across disciplines.
• Mentor and develop early-career engineers and communicate with project engineers and managers.
