Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead infrastructure projects across North Texas and mentor a growing team of junior engineers. You will design electrical and automation systems for municipal water and wastewater plants while guiding engineers through the full project lifecycle.

You will mentor early-career staff, lead technical discussions, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards for client satisfaction. This role focuses on hands-on, cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires strong background in electrical design for water/wastewater facilities and related infrastructure.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
• Ability to define approaches for electrical design and solve complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with municipal water treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, pipelines and collection systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently define and develop approaches for electrical design projects, applying experience to solve complex technical challenges.
• Bring experience with municipal water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, lift stations, pipeline distribution, and collection systems.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet Quiddity’s quality standards and client requirements.
• Lead technical meetings and coordinate across disciplines.
• Communicate regularly with project engineers and managers while supporting client and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor and develop early-career engineers.
