Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of electrical engineering experience.
- Experience in lead or senior design engineer roles preferred.
- PE license is preferred but not required; consulting/industrial project and renewable energy experience valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering team including hiring and performance.
- Oversee workload planning and professional development as senior technical lead.
- Direct electrical system design and documentation, conduct testing and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate across departments and with customers to deliver manufacturable solutions.
- Set direction on electrical manufacturing design and product definitions.
