Job summary
Actalent is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer in Kansas City, MO to lead the electrical engineering team and drive design and technical direction for electrical systems. You will manage engineers and technicians, hire and develop talent, and remain hands-on as the technical authority for electrical design decisions across product lifecycles.
This role requires strong leadership and extensive electrical expertise.
Qualifications
- Must have Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years in electrical engineering, with lead or lead design experience.
- Experience with consulting firms and industrial projects preferred.
- Renewable Energy/UPS/BESS experience strongly preferred.
- PE license preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the electrical engineering team and projects.
- Create and review detailed drawings and manufacturing docs.
- Collaborate with ME, Software, R&D, and Production to deliver integrated solutions.
