Job summary
Pond & Company is seeking a Mid‑Level Electrical Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team in Atlanta. You will lead electrical design and analysis, mentor junior engineers, support proposals, and work on diverse projects across markets and geographies.
The role offers flexibility to base at a Pond office or work remote, with opportunities for growth and collaboration across multi‑discipline teams. A strong MEP background and leadership mindset are essential.
Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university.
- 5+ years of related MEP experience.
- Proficiency with relevant software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.
- PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans on obtaining a PE license in the near future
- Experience mentoring and training employees.
- Proven experience leading projects, supporting proposal efforts, and interfacing with clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and analysis of electrical systems across projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and support proposals.
- Navigate design stages from concept to construction documents.
