Zaddy Solutions in Denver seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to establish and grow the firm's electrical practice in the new office. The role combines business development, staff leadership, and technical design for complex facilities.

You will design power distribution, review studies, coordinate with process, mechanical and controls teams, and oversee drawings and calculations as Engineer of Record, advancing the firm's presence in semiconductor, life sciences, and industrial markets.

Formación

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical) with Colorado registration or ability to obtain it.
• Experience leading electrical design for industrial, semiconductor, life sciences, or process-driven facilities.
• Desire to build and grow a new office and lead a regional practice.

Responsabilidades

• Establish the Denver office and build the electrical practice.
• Serve as local point of contact for clients in the region.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and designers as the office grows.
• Staff and deliver projects across offices.
• Design power distribution for industrial and critical facilities (low/medium voltage, lighting, standby generation).
• Perform and review short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies.
• Lead electrical design from basis of design through construction documents and startup.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, and controls engineers on integrated facility designs.
• Review and seal drawings and calculations as Engineer of Record.
