Job summary

A leading infrastructure development company in Michigan is seeking a Supervising Discipline Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering for Nuclear Power Plant modifications. The successful candidate will lead a team and manage engineering modification packages while ensuring safety and compliance with federal regulations. A Bachelor’s degree, relevant experience in nuclear power, and a PE license are required. Competitive annual salary ranges from $160,000 to $180,000, along with comprehensive benefits including paid time off and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Min 8+ years overall experience in design of electrical systems for power plants.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License in a state in the U.S.
• Familiarity with IEEE, EPRI, industry codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering change and plant modification packages.
• Create equipment specifications and electrical design documents.
• Coordinate activities with clients, contractors, and project teams.

Skills

Strong practical knowledge and experience in Nuclear Operating Plants

Good communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Expertise using Microsoft Office products

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
