Responsibilities

• Manage new NPI project transfers to Bloom Manufacturing and CM’s.
• Lead electrical team and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop interconnect wiring diagrams/schematics and test procedures.
• Develop and manage BOMs, ECNs, and deviations.
• Create test fixtures and test software from concept to deployment.
