Qualifications

• BSEE from ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Professional Engineer license or able to obtain licensure.
• Experience leading 1–5 staff on electrical design projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and national electrical standards.
• Proficient in photometric calculations and lighting design.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for small to medium projects and portions of larger projects.
• Develop construction documents and specifications.
• Mentor junior staff and train on company standards.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage project budgets and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with energy codes and NEC.
