Job summary

Keen Project Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design on agricultural and industrial projects. The role requires a PE/SE license and 15+ years of relevant experience, with the ability to mentor others and collaborate with project teams.

The engineer will design power distribution, grounding, lighting, and communication systems, perform calculations, and produce drawings and specifications. This role reports to the Automation and Electrical team lead.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 15+ years of electrical design experience.
• Licensed PE or SE required, with ability to obtain licensure in the US.
• Experience in ag/industrial electrical design and power systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design on projects and oversee drawings, specs, and reports.
• Mentor and develop design teams; coordinate with project delivery groups.
• Perform calculations, write evaluations, and conduct site observations.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, and constructability across designs.
