Job summary
ATA Recruitment Ltd seeks a hands-on Lead Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design on complex industrial projects across the food, beverage, brewing, distilling and pharmaceutical sectors. Hybrid working and international travel are available.
You will own project delivery from concept through commissioning, produce schematics and design documents, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and clients.
Qualifications
- Proven industrial electrical design experience.
- Experience with electrical schematics and drawings.
- Knowledge of machinery safety and PL calculations.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical design on complex industrial projects.
- Produce and review electrical schematics, drawings and documents.
- Verify design against standards and safety requirements.
- Support installation, inspection, testing and commissioning.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers and clients.
- Develop solutions involving PLC hardware, instrumentation, MCCs.
- Support ATEX and machinery safety compliance.
- Travel internationally to support projects.
