Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; MS preferred.
• Typically requires 6+ years of board-level hardware experience.
• Experience designing embedded digital hardware with high-speed interfaces and interconnects.
• Strong understanding of signal integrity; DoD Secret Clearance or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead board-level design and development of complex digital circuits from concept through production.
• Architect advanced electrical board solutions with secure processing, storage, networking, FPGAs, and rugged environments.
• Develop high-speed digital designs including 400G+ Ethernet, PCIe Gen5+, DDR5+.
• Establish engineering best practices, design guidelines, and proactive verification.
• Support proposals with technical architecting, cost/schedule estimates, and BOE.
• Drive manufacturability (DFM/DFA/DFT) and collaborate with manufacturing on issues.
