Job summary

You will lead a design team, produce schematics, support prototypes and verification, and coordinate product development from inception to production handoff.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in circuit design, hands-on lab experience, and DoD standards familiarity. This hybrid role offers a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required; eligible for access to sensitive information.
• BSEE/MSEE in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of detailed circuit card design experience.
• Extensive hands-on lab experience with design optimization and testing.
• Experience with DoD standards (MIL-STD, DO-160, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead digital engineering teams or work independently to define requirements and produce schematics and hardware designs.
• Design, simulate, analyze and test analog and digital circuits for helmet mounted displays.
• Create BOMs and lead PCB design/layout activities.
• Develop design documentation, test procedures and datasheets.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight.
• Verify performance against predictions for prototypes and production hardware.
