Critical Facility Group (CFG) is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to head the electrical engineering group for data centers and mission-critical facilities. You will own the electrical outcome on complex projects, mentor engineers, and set technical direction, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

You’ll stay technically engaged while guiding the team toward practical, constructible solutions and high-quality design. CFG emphasizes remote-first collaboration and on-site client work when needed.

Formación

• You’ll bring an active PE license and lead electrical design on data centers.
• At least 8+ years of electrical design experience in critical facilities.
• Experience leading electrical engineering teams and mentoring staff.
• Deep knowledge of critical power systems, MV/LV distribution, protection, grounding.
• Strong client, contractor, and project team communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical design for data centers and critical facilities from concept through construction.
• Develop design criteria, system architecture, distribution concepts, and equipment selections.
• Review calculations, fault-current analyses, and arc-flash studies.
• Manage and develop engineers and designers across career stages.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Support project managers with scope, schedules, and budgets.
