Job summary

Critical Facility Group is seeking a lead for its electrical engineering group. You will set the technical direction and act as a trusted technical partner to clients and stakeholders, reporting to the Engineering Manager.

The role covers electrical design leadership for data centers and critical facilities, team mentorship, and coordinating project, client, and construction activities across disciplines. CFG is a remote-first firm valuing ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license and typically 8+ years of electrical design experience.
• Deep knowledge of critical power systems, medium- and low-voltage distribution, protection, and grounding.
• Proficiency in Revit and working knowledge of SKM or ETAP study review.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership for data center and critical facility electrical design, from concept through construction.
• Team leadership, including managing, mentoring, and developing electrical engineers and designers.
• Project, client, and construction leadership, coordinating with all disciplines.
